Great affordable properties. But beware….totally misleading in paperwork and “services”. The people in the office lack in professionalism and overall intellect. Move out fees will rape you. Top quality con artists.
Be careful! They take every opportunity to take your security deposit even if you leave your place immaculate. Poor communication and poor customer service for us being an amazing customer. We’ll no longer do business with 208 Properties.
