Everyone at 208 properties is so great to work with, I truly appreciate them all. However, Martin is specifically wonderful. I had power out in about half of the house, which I would say is considered urgent but not emergent since the rest of the house had power. I called Martin in a panic, I was worried the issues would go unresolved for a few days as the weekend was approaching quickly, and it wasn’t an “emergency” yet. I have had a great experience with 208 properties! Emz really went above and beyond to ensure the application process happened in a timely matter. Martin, Oleg, and other members of the maintenance team have been great at fixing some minor repairs we needed upon moving in. Communication is easy with the resident portal. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent!
Our home inspector Tom Kostelecky is such a great guy. In just the year we've known him hes treated us very well and in a friendly manner. He's super upbeat and he knows some good advice.
