Absolutely horrible company. Less than $250.00 out of a $1,500.00 deposit was sent to us. Cleaning charge of $450.00 for cleaning a 900 sqft no carpet broom clean home?!?! Have gone back and forth with them on that price and being charged for things not needing repairs or the repairs were not in our control, like slow drains due to tree roots, $350.00 for maintenance issues that were there when we moved in.
