Fantastic property management company, communicated and exceeded all of my expectations.
I would never recommend this company to my friends or family. We have had the worst experience and looking at the other reviews it seems like this is a common trend for them.
Tenants and landlords, please be careful when deciding to work with 208 Houses PM. This management company attempted to force us to take possession of an unlivable home, against their own lease terms, multiple times. They were unaware of missing appliances and of damage done to a rental that they manage. Their communication has been beyond poor. We arrived at our rental as directed by 208, only to discover that the carpets had just been shampooed, leaving us completely unable to walk on the floors. Nothing could be moved int... read more
