Stay FAR Away from 208 Housing – Especially if You’re Young and Renting I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with 208 Housing and Braden Hobbs. They let a group of four 20-21 year olds sign a lease in Harris Ranch without ever meeting us in person. The lease they gave us was one of the most poorly constructed agreements I’ve ever seen—and out of naivety, we signed it. That was our first mistake.
