EVERYONE is soooo helpful, nice and accommodating! I had so much anxiety and they quickly put me at ease!
I was overdue for a cleaning and anticipated a really uncomfortable visit. The staff who performed the cleaning was sensational, thorough, but with a very light touch. Made the whole experience much better than anticipated.
Always a great environment there, the hygienists are good and Dr Eric Goettsche is absolutely phenomenal at what he does. Since my first emergency visit over a year ago and to now today he's our family Dentist. I highly recommend if you're searching for a new Dentist
Something just felt off about this place, and my gut never lies to date. I called in and was specific about what my needs were and why I reached out. Upon taking the morning off as a new patient, I get there in put in the chair and was THEN told they do not offer the procedure I was ONLY interested in. Why not tell me on the phone and save me a trip and time? I never thought I’d say this about a dental appointment, but I actually enjoyed being there. 😄 The entire team was friendly, professional, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. They explained what they were doing, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and somehow managed to make a trip to the dentist feel far less intimidating than it has any right to be.
