Customer service is rude and condescending and telling me to call them back when I was on hold already for 20 mins. People also work and don’t have time to call back. Very condescending lady that I have ever met. Listen to your recorded call if you think I’m just being a disgruntled patient. I didn’t ask to be referred to your office to just have a rude customer service experience trying to book an appointment.
