Ridiculous customer service. Bad choice for tourists. DO NOT PARK HERE.
They’re total scammers. They charge you fees and still issue parking tickets on top of it. I ended up paying over $100 in total. There isn’t a single staff member on-site at this parking lot—they only spring into action when handing out fines. Most people who park here are tourists, and there’s no way to reach any staff to resolve issues at all.
