They are scammers!!! Don't park your car here! I parked my car in front of this sign, which didn't mentioned the payment should be done beforehand. I got a ticket of 98 CAD. I got in dispute with them, they said there are others signs that explained other rules. They reduced to 66CAD after some fight. I felt robbed.
I had a very disappointing experience with this parking lot. I accidentally entered one wrong letter in my license plate number, and instead of any warning or reasonable solution, I was charged a $98 penalty — on top of the $20 I already paid for just 2 hours of parking. This feels extremely unfair and unreasonable. It was clearly a small human error, and there was proof of payment.
