Don't park here, this place felt like a scam. I paid $15 for the maximum 24-hour parking allowed by the machine. I was unexpectedly delayed and returned just 22 minutes late. For those 22 minutes, I received a $98 parking notice. I understand charging something for overstaying, but $98 penalty for a 22 minute overstay after already paying for 24 hours feels completely disproportionate. Be very careful parking here. They make money from the penalties.
I've parked here many times without issue. Very affordable weekday evening parking for the area. Contrary to many reviews here, there are signs that mention payment is required beforehand. I always pay for parking at the ground floor meter by the stairwell. The stairwells are just dirty and often smell like piss though.
