If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst parking service I’ve ever dealt with. They charge without timely notice, often billing for future months without any warning. License plate syncing is unreliable — even after setting it up correctly, I still got ticketed. Reaching their customer service is a nightmare — lines are either constantly busy or you get passed around endlessly with no resolution. Used to be affordable but prices have now gone up. It's sad to see how fast prices are being accelerated.
