I've been at 206 Bell for about three months now and I have no complaints. The management staff is super responsive, professional, and they always have fun events for the residents. The building is kept clean and the elevators are never out of service. I also love the location, but there are people who are sensitive to having homelessness in their neighborhood, so if this is you, tour the neighborhood beforehand. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the waterfront is about a six minute walk.
Garbage disposal needs to be taken care of more regularly. The trash shoot is always backed up. Wish gym was bigger. Other than that, it’s a great place. Glad there’s security now.

My experience at 206 Bell Street Apartments and especially with Cori has been nothing less than fantastic. I was relocating from Atlanta to Seattle and knew nothing about the area. I found 206 Bell online and from the first call, it was a fantastic experience. Cori was responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions.
