Charlie was very helpful and supportive with the Maintenance request, very good timing to reply my request.
Charlie was helpful, efficient, and also very friendly. He arrived and stopped water flooding from my neighbours bathroom within 30 min of my call for maintenance!
Didn't like the place, drains often don't work theres a huge gap on the balcony door making hydro very very expensive, no vents in my unit and there have been bricks falling off my balcony roof for over a month and nobody is doing anything about it, ancient building with paper thin walls, would not recommend. Basement was leaking also last week, concerning infrastructure
