I have lived here for 7 years. The exterior windows have never been cleaned. More than half the residences have infestations of some sort. (Roaches, bed bugs, even mice). They take forever to fix anything. My bathroom flooded because of the unit upstairs, and it took 3 months to send someone to repair the damage. My entire bathroom had been gutted. Nelson is always ready to help. Buildings has great amenities and my apartment is roomy and feels like home!
If anyone is reading this review this building is so disgusting I woke up in the morning cooked my breakfast and sat with my family and a mouse ran across the kitchen table 🤮🤢
If the prices don't make your head explode, maybe the limited visitor parking will. I suggest you visit for your self.
