Worst building management, Luis is the emergency contact number if something goes wrong yet if he doesn’t like you he will not pick up your phone calls , I have gotten the reply from him that he doesn’t work weekends! That’s crazy because if your the emergency number you need to be on call no matter the day or time! He has gone as far as blocking my husbands number so he can’t call or message him.
