My family and I have lived here for more than a decade and we are proud to call it home. I would like to acknowledge our Building Administrator Nelson for always making sure to address and resolve our concerns and for his friendly professional demeanor. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a safe and family-oriented area to live in. You won't regret it.
I’ve lived in this apartment for several years, so I’m honestly surprised to see so many positive reviews about Nelson. My experience has been very different. For example, when my mom once mentioned seeing a mouse, he dismissed it by saying it was “just visiting,” which didn’t feel like a serious or responsible response. More recently, I asked him to check the CCTV footage in the lobby after a package of mine went missing, and he refused, telling me I would need to involve the police instead.
