These apartments suck the owners are muslim and they run the apartments like if we lived in their country they dont care one bit about tenants they find people off the street to do their maintenance there do not rent out these apartments they do illigel things and have illegal people working for them im calling the city lapaz apartments suck you will be disappointed and they are so cheap the owner is your settingyourself up if u live here also they are very rude

Me and my husband are on section 8. We wanted to live here so bad because it was within our budget. We communicated with them from the start. We paid a $1600 Holding deposit (To hold the apartment for us) on July 30th and by Aug 7th they emailed me and said they rented out the apartment because they called multiple times and we didn’t answer.
