Mimi always do her thing when it comes to me
I love this nail salon. Mimi is my favorite but they’re all great at what they do. I always leave satisfied. I highly recommend
I have attended this nail salon multiple times. Today, I was treated poorly by Mimi. Once again good thing 2023 isn’t the only nail salon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON AGAIN. RUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I must add she waited until after I paid and TIPPED her to get smart. If I wasn’t satisfied with my services from her.. WHY WOULD I TIP??????
All of the nails techs has unpleasant attitudes. I’ve visited more welcoming salons and the experience here was the least. I WILL NOT RETURN!!! Need improvement on customer service skills and the value of your clients.
