Maintenance is awesome. Put in a ticket late at night and they were able to come out and fix the problem the next morning! Very professional and efficient!
Been here 6 months. Good neighbors, solid concrete building, positive air pressure in the apartment, enclosed parking, downtown. Know your expectations about living within Denver, and past that this is a great spot for it. The maintenance staff are the highlight of this place. Dameon especially.
2020 Lawrence is a top knotch community with amazing, caring staff and a fantastic location! They host resident events each month and do a fantastic job of creating community within community!
There seem to be a lot of dogs from the “restricted breeds” list moving in lately. It makes me uncomfortable to use our community dog park which is supposed to be a shared amenity for all tenants. I hope management will address this issue soon. Update: my personal safety is more important than your emotional support animal.
A well taken care of facility. That’s because of Rudy! When I come to stay in Denver, he is the most accommodating maintenance man you can ask for. My friend leases here, and he looks after her and the building like they are his own. Truly nothing but great things to say.
