Maintenance always shows up quickly and does a great job.
Updating my review: 4.5 stars, staff here has really listened to residents and has added security which has been nice. Also think new staff has been really helpful and nice! I’ve been here a year and a half with my boyfriend and dog. I have mixed feelings about this apartment, a lot of good, but also pretty rough cons. Pros: -Staff at 2020 Lawrence are quick to respond. I have been a resident here for a year now and just wanted to say that the staff here is really top-notch. Carlos is awesome and always happy to help. Mr. Johnson and Justin are very helpful and quick to respond anytime I have a maintenance issue. The turnaround time for completing maintenance requests is truly better than anywhere else I’ve ever rented from. Having helpful and engaged staff really makes a big difference.
UPDATE: The front office worked with me on something recently that really left a great impression. I just wanted to note it here. 5 stars! We appreciate you guys!! ----------------------------------- (Initial review) My wife and I have lived here for 5 years. This building rocks. It's modern, has tons of amenities, everything works the way it should, and the staff go out of their way to help. The staff here is wonderful! Particularly Carlos and Rudy - Carlos has been so kind and helpful from day 1 that I reached out about renting here; and Rudy has been incredibly respectful and responsive to any maintenance requests I have submitted. I really appreciate the staff here
