They were good. They were chosen by hone warranty so i only know the “service” call price
Because I was a repeat customer they dropped their price down to $325 from over $400 for a typical customer. They did their usual good job as we have this service done every year and a half or so. The three star rating is for the high cost only. For $600 I can buy the machine they used and clean out the drain myself.

Responded quickly and Came out immediately. The work unexpectedly was worse than thought but Josh was kind enough to handle it even though it impacted his schedule.
