GOOD TECHNICIAN/COMPANY EVER!
Plumbing technician Josh did a good job clearing the clog in the kitchen sink and was efficient and neat in completing his work. Ran a 30 foot snake, informed me about the importance of the plumbing vent and ensured that the water ran down the sink drain as it should.
Well they came out today for $190, and called the manufacturer, (which I had done and had gotten a recommendation to call them) and the manufacturer walked him through resetting the code, which is something they definitely could've done with me and saved me the money, instead they recommended I call this company who charged me to reset the error code. We are fortunate to have been connected to Wasai and his team at 2020 Drain Clean & Plumbing to replace our sewer line after being frustrated with quotes and services from other companies. After a month of frustration, they came in and put together a comprehensive plan. Everyone I encountered was kind, honest and very knowledgeable.
