As always, a fast intake with smiles and recognition of a returning customer. Followed was a call with an estimate and, well before the anticipated completion time, a call that my car was ready for pickup. We’ve frequented this shop for the last 5 years. It’s been fast, efficient and the communication has always been amazing. They’ve kept our old car on the road and running smoothly. I’ll be coming here for a long time to come, couldn’t recommend more!

This was my first time having car problems since moving to NY so I was nervous. 2020 Auto crew took care of me fast and their prices were fair — they were thorough and repaired a part that they easily could have upsold me to replace. I appreciate knowing a place like this exists in the neighborhood
