Since adding my last review I have found that those issues are being resolved. I love living here as I have many good friends here. The location is ideal as my grandson’s are close by. It is also ideal as I am in a wheelchair (amputee) so my apartment is ideally set up and they have a ramp and doors have handicapped buttons. Thank you Laebon👏
Matthew was a pleasure to deal with. They helped me get situated and went above and beyond. I know there are some bad experiences online but i would reccomend at least giving them a try.
Jennifer and Matthew was very rude. Our deposit $1400 they took everything. Most of their reviews are fake. Be careful before selecting this place.
In the ten years I have lived here the last four have been the worst! Rent has increased over four hundred dollars with nothing to show for it. Hallway carpets need replacing as well as lobby furniture. They have a coffee bar in each building but pods are put out maybe once a week. Turnover of tenants is constant. Laebon has become all about the money with no empathy to seniors.
