I have had great experience dealing the general manager Matthew, Colleen and Julianna resolve condo related issue. Issues were responded quickly, addressed and resolved. The rental management company Laebon rental is a well - managed company and units are clean and well maintained. I have lived since 2021, and strongly recommend to anyone seeking rental condos in Red Deer and rest of Alberta.
It's been almost 2 years living in Leabon apartments and I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to property manager Jennifer Warner. I appreciate your efforts and for maintaining such a high professional manner. I want to acknowledge your understanding when something was needed to be fixed in my apartment and the quick response.
