Updating this review as of 01/2025: New management took over a month or two ago and things have improved noticeably. It no longer feels like we’re completely forgotten about, there’s obviously some regular attention paid to the grounds, and management communicates much more effectively. ——— This place is going downhill fast. Unsecure building. I had someone break into my apartment. No one ever answers the phone even if you are trying to pay rent but if I was late on my rent you know they would be in contact immediately. Property management changes at least 2x a year. Avoid this complex at all costs. Not worth the price with all the homeless people - I tried calling front range patrol which is what they tell us to do when we have concerns with the security of the building then my call goes to voicemail....they are offering a promo for your first ... read more
My review is based on trying to get ahold of somebody to inquire about details to rent the place. It's next to impossible to get ahold of an actual person to talk to, so my first impression is that this place is mismanaged.
When first moved here 2 years ago this property was so nice an kept up with. There is high turnover an often it is last on the list to keep up with the residence a their needs now. I have never seen this place such a mess an the homeless is always using our outside electricity an it is unsafe and full of trash is embarrassing to have people here to see how the property is kept up with.
