TURN, RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK! I would NEVER refer anyone to this apartment community. The office staff is rude, they lie to cover their own asses and they believe in the if you kiss my ass enough, I'll like you. They lost our money order payment for rent (which have proof that we paid it), they said the heat would be turned on in late October, it wasn't turned on until the second week of December. and Its funny how they say no aggressive breeds, well there are more than 30 aggressive dogs in the complex, and the office knows... read more
Not fit for a Human...or a dog...or a rat... Ignore the "AWESOME" reviews on this place...maybe if management would stop writing their own reviews & actually fix things around the complex they wouldn't have such bad reviews :) Central AC delivers cold air, however the blowers in the individual apartments do not work what soever. It was 89 degrees in the living room with the AC on full blast, running 24hrs/day. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even a stray dog. Awesome Apartments! I love these apartments! The office people are extremely nice and work gets done quick. The fact that they include all utilities makes my life so much easier. I am renewing my lease for another year and couldn't ever see my self living at another community!
Used to be nice, now its a slum. Whoever gave the 5 star review has to be an employee. Most of the buildings have roaches, the pools are green half the year, the management staff rotates faster than the tenants since they went section 8 and they are mean, the new maintenance staff is a joke, the water billing is shady (you wont get a bill, they tell you how much you owe and it jumps around every month, call the water company, bet they lied about your sq. footage to up your rate) the sprinklers, that you pay for, are on unnec... read more
