Lived there 5 yrs, nice at first, but came a whole lot of plumbing issues, neighbors friends take your parking spot, car got broken in like 3 times, 1 time I had just went to bed and I saw a shadow at my window, then my anti theft siren went off, tried to steal my car, shooting several times, all woodruff wanted was rent on 1st, noisy neighbors, downstairs was horrible, disrespectful at times, I mean water damage several times, your rental has to pay and go up, my homeboy car got stolen, wouldn’t recommend at all
