Worst apartment complex ever. Management does not do anything about any issue & causes unneeded stress for residents. I’ve lived here for multiple years now & can’t wait to end my lease. I don’t think I’ve gone more than 6 months without an issue that management doesn’t seem to care about including a serious mold issue.
Avoid this place. New management served me an eviction summons even though my rent was completely paid off. They admitted it was sent to their lawyers by mistake on the day I paid, but they never bothered to dismiss the filing until I visit the court. I was forced to take time out of my day to go to court, where the judge rightfully dismissed the case. And I heard that I do not have anything left to pay including legal fees. As a resident of almost 5 years, I was so unhappy for so long with the living conditions of this place. Recently new management took over and my mind is blown! They have fixed the landscaping issues, carpet issues, mailroom issues and the trash issues in a matter than a couple of months. They actually CARE about this place and how it looks. I have been loving this new management company. They’ve really been on top of updating policies, keeping the grounds clean and landscaping has been amazing. They even got rid of our valet trash company that was not performing well. I’m really excited to see what all they are going to continue to update here because my husband and I have been here for almost 2 years now and this property management has been the absolute best!
The apartment complex is great. Awesome amenities. The residents and cheerful and polite as well as the staff. My only negative is the cell service. I’m lucky to get one bar in my apartment. If they could solve that I’d give this place a 100
