Here's what you get for your top of market rent here: Facilities & Maintenance: - Maintenance is chronically understaffed, slow, & turns over every few months - Hallways/elevators are filthy, neglected and often reek of marijuana - Dumpster area is constantly jammed with abandoned furniture and debris left on the ground; literally 95% of the time - You pay additional rent for valet trash col... read more
We have lived at 2000 Westcreek for almost 8 years.i think the length of our stay says a lot.There have been many changes,and we think the management staff over that time period has done an admirable job considering the 370 plus units they serve.
