My husband and I just moved in few weeks ago and wow we are so pleased. Our space is amazing and we are absolutely obsessed. From the moment we toured to now, everything has been so pleasant. I also want to thank Marshall for everything he has helped me out with, and he continues to be there for me! He’s is truly amazing and if you all have employee of the month I believe he deserves it! Also, we were welcomed into the neighborhood by multiple people. Thank you all for such a great experience so far:)
I've been living here for a few months. While I was initially impressed with the community, it's become clear over time that the property may be too large for the current office and maintenance staff to manage effectively—particularly when it comes to cleanliness and upkeep. Common area carpets are rarely vacuumed or shampooed, even though trash is frequently dragged through them multiple times a week. Lived here for over 2 years. When moving out, they charged me $400+ for normal stove usage marks without any proof to justify it. If you work for C1, there are far better apartments around — don’t pick this terrible one.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this complex. As you can see, they can respond to reviews, but not to emails or calls. Emails always go unanswered, making it nearly impossible to get clarity or resolve disputes. When we first moved in, things seemed fine, but over time it became evident that this complex has a lot of issues.
