I have lived here for nearly 2 years. I chose this apartment complex, site unseen via the reviews. The only negative reviews I read was that you are charged for the carpet cleaning upon move out regardless of its condition. Thus far I have only had a good experience, and recommend this complex to many. I am about to experience the move out process, leaving the apartment better than I found it, so I am hoping it will be just as smooth as moving in. Will update once I find out.
