Shout out to the new maintenance crew here at 2000 West Creek. These guys have shown major improvement and team work since taking over the property. They certainly out do the last maintenance squad. They are very friendly, descriptive, show great work ethic, and show they take pride in what they do. They respond to maintenance concerns in a very prompt and time efficient manner. I have been here for almost 2 years now and we just got a new management company and they are amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable team. Front office and maintenance team are always on it whenever you need something. Everyone here makes moving easy and wants to help out wherever they can.
I’ve been a resident here for almost three years, and today was one of those stressful days. I couldn’t find my package, and it was really starting to worry me. I went to the front office for help, and as always, the staff was kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Daja, who went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to look for my package, found it, and was so pleasant, patient, and respectful throughout the entire process. Thank you so much, Daja!
