I’ve lived in several places while going to Sam Houston and this is easily one of the best. Management is very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a one bedroom that wasn’t crazy expensive and this complex beat every other complex in EVERY category I had.
This is the best experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. Not only is the place nice and homey, but the staff is awesome. They work with you, and make you feel right at home. My only regret is that I didn’t move in earlier!

My bestfriend and I moved in a two bed/two bath apartment here when they first built it and it was beautiful. Spacious, clean, clean water, AC works amazing in the summer and the heater keeps you toasty during the winter. This family-owned business kept us informed when doing maintenance checks and also asks for permission to enter the home if no one is home. They’re super sweet does an awesome job. I highly recommend this place of living :)
