Bad customer service. Do not follow instructions, they just do what they want. I wouldn’t advise coming here.
Usually don’t leave reviews and I’ve been coming to this salon for a while. Unfortunately today changed my perspective a little bit. The guy that did my pedicure was phenomenal. When my pedicure was done a lady walked over to ask what I wanted done with my nails, I told her just painted. She said no manicure? I said no. Then she proceeded to tell me how I needed a manicure. I let her know I probably did need a manicure but no I didn’t want one. It just made me upset and ruined my visit. The whole time I had not thought about... read more
Enjoyed the first time we came, was happy about the pricing and quality of the work done. However, came back for a pedicure for my daughter it was awful and then she needed a fill in by the same artist that did them and tried to change the color. Then when I said no we discussed only a fill in and he looked at me and rolled his eyes then proceeded to tell me the color was free and it's still $50. I said that's fine I'll pay the $50 and won't be back because a fill in should never cost $50.
