I don’t usually leave reviews, but living at 2000 lake Washington apartments was such a nightmare that I feel like I have to warn people. The rent here is already high, and on top of that, they added an extra $200 in hidden charges that weren’t clearly explained in the lease agreement. Fantastic place, worst management. As a current resident I cannot over emphasize how horrid the management of this place is. we recently had a string of car vandalism, they could not have cared less. they sent out a mass email about walking in pairs when its dark. my car was actually one of the cars hit. when told about it, and asked if they had any cameras the response was an impassive no. they charge $25 non compliance for renters insurance (and have for months) even though you have to prove to them you have it, to even mo... read more
