Wonderful doormen, great roof, beautiful lounge with a pool table and apartments are pet friendly.
Great building with excellent amenities! The entire staff including the doormen, maintenance staff, and leasing professionals (specifically Kevin on the leasing team) are all excellent as well.
Lived in 200 water for 2 years and had an all around great experience. Elevators were never an issue, in fact, this building has the most elevators you'll see in a ~high rise (4 for lower, 4 for upper, 1 service). Doormen were wonderful (s/o to Jose, Nelson, Gabriel, and Argenis), handymen responded to maintenance requests often same day.
