Thank You to the gentleman downstairs, Mr. Albert Paul! I deliver to many offices and the atmosphere he provides this building is a relief. Due to the genuine consistent positive atmosphere, I asked my company to return to this location for deliveries. Mr. Pauls' consisent attitude of kindness, courtesy and professionalism, stands out and I believe it affects the professionals in the building. It's a nice building but parking needs an overhaul. Currently there appears to be little or no enforcement of time limits on visitor parking near the building. So it's always full and you have to park as far away as the railroad tracks and then walk across a field that gets quite soggy after a rainstorm. Strange.
