The old company Havenbrook realty managed this building so much better. This building is not maintained properly. Always dirty in the common areas and dog poo everywhere outside. Also they take long to do everything. 0/10
10 years ago it was managed by a different company which was much better but the new management it's just like everywhere else raising the rent and not fixing up the problems around the building. So many units and not enough parking space. There's a waiting list for parking spaces plus very limited visitors parking. This used to be a family-friendly building that is no longer.
