Where do I begin. We lived here for just over two years. In that time, we had nothing but terrible experiences. Maintenance was a constant problem and issues went unresolved for weeks at a time. We had multiple issues with our A/C. A huge hole had to be cut in our wall which took over a month to get patched. Water heater leaked in our patio closet and soaked through into our guest bedroom. Give them a chance if this feels like the right area for you! We moved into Aventura RTP last April during a clear transition period, and the beginning was honestly challenging. There were real issues that needed attention. Over the past several months, though, we’ve seen noticeable progress. Work orders are being handled more quickly, smoking concerns are being addressed, and the staff now feels stable and consistent — which makes a big difference! The leasing staff are people who really care about others. They are kind ,compassionate and full of life. Winning Team!
The maintenance worker John is great. Even though I put in a ticket about having under my kitchen sink and bathroom sink over a week ago. John showed up today and looked under my kitchen sink and sealed an open that was under there. I also informed him of some pest issues I had and he checked both my kitchen and bathroom sink to see if there was any openings. Also provided helpful information. John always does great work and helps out with other issues.
