I would have rated higher if you asked me last year/during the 200 East era. This mainly reflects my stay as of this year. I genuinely wish I could rate this place higher, because I've had a nice experience for a good part of my 3-year stay when it was still 200 East. The only problems then were with dumpsters overflowing and people not picking up dog poop. Avoid this place — it’s not worth your money. This apartment complex has declined significantly since my family and I moved in back in 2021. What used to be a decent property has become a frustrating and unsafe place to live. Here are just a few issues we’ve dealt with: • Frequent car break-ins • Our apartment was hit by gunfire during a domestic violence incident • Trash constantly overflows and is rarely managed properly • Maintenance issues are repeatedly left unresolved despite being “fixed” • Leasing office staff are ru... read more
