John Diaz and the maintenance crew are all fantastic. I never have to wait for things to be repaired or fixed.
I opened my dining room windows for the 1st time today since being replaced recently. One window actually came out of its frame in my hands & the other window’s lock snapped off in my hand when I tried to relock it. Mr John Diaz responded to my holiday weekend phone call promptly. He stated he was fixing someone else’s emergency call & would come to address my window issues in 30-60 mins. He actually came in about 20 mins & fixed both windows promptly. He was very polite, kind and efficient.
Gina is a valuable asset to the Aventura RTP Apartment. She consistently provides excellent support and service to the residents whenever assistance is required. Thank you for having such great staff.
We toured the property with Alex, we did no lease but he really was friendly and made us feel welcome. Property looked good.
Really enjoying our experience at Aventura RTP Apartments lately. The resident events and newsletters have been a nice touch and make the community feel more welcoming. Alex was also super helpful when we had an issue with our car being towed and made the process much easier to deal with. Definitely appreciate the positive changes around the property.
