Long time resident. The complex is pretty safe, crime rate very low compared to neighboring areas. Located in a very convenient place, All parts of the triangle are kind of equidistant from here with the interstate very close. Some things not ideal, but I wanted to give a shout out to a good experience with Amanda apartment manager. They put a lot of effort to get my apartment issue resolved very quickly.
My AC went out on one of the hottest days !! The office had a new AC & hot water heater installed in two days!! Thank you for the quick turnaround!
The only reason this place gets 5 stars is because Gina in the front office is an absolute rockstar. We lived here for two years, there have been a lot of changes some for the good and some for the bad but Gina has been a consistent shining star throughout our stay. Thank you Gina for all your hard work and professionalism
Gina in their main office is wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. My Mom is relocating and she made her feel comfortable with the process.
