I've lived here for a year so I think I can make a fair assessment! What bothers me the most here is that there is ALWAYS someone coming into your apartment. Every two weeks there is some random "inspection" or "maintenance" thing that they for some reason HAVE to enter your apartment for. Luckily I work off hours so I'm usually home for them, but it is a different set of people everytime, and sometimes just a vendor with no maintenance person to chaperone. I walked in for a tour and was blown away! From the kindness and knowledge of Ms. Gina to the amenities and apartments available on sight… I was happily surprised. I felt no pressure to decide on the spot, and was given several options on next steps.
I enjoyed my stay at Aventura RTP. Gina was absolutely the best while I lived here!

Had an awesome apartment tour with Gina. They greeted me as soon as I walked through the door! AND spun the wheel and will get a free Amazon Alexa at move in! Pools were gorgeous, stocked clubhouse kitchen, residents were smiling, great first impression!
