Unfortunately I will have to part ways with Jess because even though she is absolutely wonderful- but after an ordeal I just had with the salon itself (receptionist & manager) I will never come back here again. I had an appointment with Jess but had to reschedule because I am back and forth between phoenix & Vegas and just couldn't make it work- so the receptionist rescheduled me- but rescheduled me with Morgan and not Jess. I had such a great experience with Jess. Love my color and cut! So glad I decided to give 20 Volume a try.
We had top notch service from Natalie today. My lovely aunt is undergoing cancer treatment from out of state and was in dire need of some TLC. Natalie went above and beyond with scheduling us ASAP and giving extra relaxing scalp massage, hot towel treatment and beautiful styling. Not only is she an excellent stylist but a beautiful person.
Every experience I’ve had here has been amazing! It’s very peaceful, clean, welcoming salon. The reason I keep coming back though is for Bailey! I will never trust anyone else with my hair now- Bailey is extremely talented and knowledgeable and has left me with a cut I LOVE every single time. I usually come in with a rough idea of what I want but Bailey brings it to life in a way that is always better than I could have pictured. The first visit to this salon was successful, and was happy with the outcome. However, after the last two visits (trying to give it a chance), I decided to go elsewhere. I did not get what I asked for. When you're charged an exorbitant amount of money, one should get a good quality color that lasts, and a correct, accurate haircut.
