Do not waste your time or money here!! I bought 3 tires (245/65/r18) and recently discovered they put on 2 (245s)a 1 (235/65). Now if my vehicle was a 4 wheel drive,it would damage it. So I let them know of their mistake and instead of FIXING their error, they BLAMED me for not double checking the tires. THE GUY WHO PUT THEM ON NEEDS TO DOUBLE CHECK THEM. First they advertise 20 dollar tire. Call and ask, oh it's 25. Ok. Go to pay and it's $47.70. Stay away. Also believe they cracked my rim. In addition, they advertise 90% tread, lucky to have 50%. Did the same to person in front of me. He left too. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Won’t answer their phones. I have been calling all afternoon. I sent a message via Facebook and they read it but ignored it.
They are amazing!!!! I had trouble finding an affordable tire and they have a great selection and even though it was a used tire it looked brand new. I highly recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is above and beyond making sure that you are satisfied with your selection.
Stellar customer service. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. In Richmond, Kentucky, it is VERY hard to find genuinely kind people that really care about your well being. You wouldn’t walk into a used tire shop expecting to find that but $20 tires in Richmond and Lexington have got it!! Thank you so much for the great experience. I will be back and I will be sending everyone I know your way!
Absolutely LOVE this place. Got 4 used tires, with at least 90% tread, and installed for only $140!!!! Best deal around!
