Arrived on time for my appointment. One hour later I'm still sitting there in this drab waiting room. They said they were waiting for the doctor to come back online. Online? You don't even see a physical human doctor. The auto refractor and whatever the machine is that flashes light in your eyes for the pre-eye exam would not even function correctly. This is a clown show. I left. Won't be back.
