Response to Owner Comment: How much of an emergency was it if there was time to type out a full page novel and post it to the front door, but didn't have time to call and cancel appointments? She also didn't tell anyone at the call center she was leaving so where is the accountability??? Is this how you want your business run??? Had an appointment set.
