COMPLETE JOKE. Took my daughter for an exam at SAMS...appointment was 30 minutes late, had to wait forever for the technician and optometrist to “log in” through 20/20 Now??? Was NEVER informed at any point that the eye exam would be done by a “remote” optometrist? I did not want my daughter in “daily wear” contacts...he would not prescribe anything else???
