The staff was great I went in my appointment was scuttle the wrong day and they still got me in immediately. They are awesome
My kids and I have been going to 20/20 Vision Center since they were located beside the two-story Pizza Inn off Memorial. I enjoy the service here which is why we continue to come here. Today, we had appointments and Cheryl behind the desk was very rude. She didn't greet us...she asked for our last names and said she didn't see us scheduled . I showed her the text reminders and she stated "you shouldn't have received those if you are not scheduled"...then she tells me that "for future references you can't schedule all your f... read more
Quick appointments and I love that there is an actual human Dr and not a face time Dr. very caring and concerned.
Since moving from Nevada in 2022 to Greenville, NC, 2020 Vision experience has been phenomenal. Great staff, great Doctors/owners, great optical staff and customer service. They're also very knowledgeable in "billing" which is a "BIG Plus" and for me "the heart of a business". They all take their time in providing great services. It's always "personal" with a smile and professional services at all times. I am a retired veteran and certainly apreciate thier service to the community.
