There is no customer service whatsoever. They are rude and dismissive of problems with the glasses you purchase. The sales staff lied to me when selling me the replacement insurance. I was told for 35 dollars I would get one replacement if my glasses were broken beyond repair. Then when my glasses were damaged in an accident I was told that the insurance only covered the frames not the lenses.
