20/20 Vision took advantage of my spouse and daughter! Using our saving plan instead of our actual insurance that was provided at the visit. My husband totally unaware paid the ridiculous amount and when I called to see why my insurance wasn’t billed the manager told me “that’s the way it is sweetheart” wtf are you serious? “We don’t take that insurance” so why wasn’t my husband notified of this at the visit? Worst place ever never go here they are unprofessional and there counter guys will start yelling at you for no reason he started cussing and wanted to fight my husband. He should get fired the was no reason for that just cause we did want to order are glass from here anymore and we wanted are money back.
decided to try this place because it was close by.i left without being seen.the front office staff was very rude.i have never left an appointmemt in my life because the doctors time is valuable.so is mine! customer service is imperative to me.
Extremely unprofessional and childish with bad comments back to customers who are upset with service instead of trying to make it right- will never go here!!
