I've used 20/20 View several times over the last few years, had them scheduled for Tuesday 6/25. They left me a message telling me they were running late, I said no big deal, me too but I had left everything open so they had access. After a few hours I still hadn't heard anything from them and saw on my cameras they hadn't arrived. I called again, left a message again. I never heard back from them nor did they show up.
