Not sure why it takes multiple calls over the course of several days just for them to answer the phone. My boyfriend & I both have been trying to get through to them so he can order more contacts. When we finally get through the lady on the phone was in such a rush to get off the phone you could hardly understand her. Then when they call to let us know his contacts are ready we show up & all the doors are locked. I have been using them for many years. He does an excellent job of eye examination. Have always been pleased with their services. I recommend them highly.
I had none of the negativity listed in some of the previous reviews. Every person I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Including the doctor. This was my first visit and I was happy with my eye exam, the help with my insurance and my glasses. My thanks to the staff of 20/20!
We just moved here a month ago. My others half glasses fell apart. Needed just a screw. They were not fix cause we didnt buy from them. We bought in St Louis! Thanks
