I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. I paid extra for protection on my glasses in case they became scratched, expecting that I would be taken care of if there was a problem. Unfortunately, when I tried to contact the company about my scratched glasses, I received sent a photo I did , no response to my emails. Paying extra for protection means very little if the company does not respond when you actually need assistance.
Had an eye exam during a town event, was fast, friendly and glasses ordered arrived in short order.
