Great doctor..staff rude and not helpfully.. I'm big on being knowledgeable and if you don't know something ask.. the old staff was great, I was a patient for 15 years, now with this new staff I will not be returning, in search for new eye doctor
I purchase my eyeglass here and all was good until I needed them repaired. I called and all at once I could no longer reach anyone. I tried to explain that my glasses fell off my face and one of the lenses scratched. I also explained that I was on vacation and would not be back for about 3 weeks or so and asked if I could mail them in to get repaired and all of a sudden no reply and the phone said they were not available. Staff was amazing and very knowledgable.. My 8 year old daughter also had her eyes checked and they were all very good with her. She loved Dr. Patel!!
I got an exam back in August of 2016/great service/came back in because the glasses was making me dizzy and nausea sign in and sat in the front for 30 min no one ask can I help or if I have been helped /left after 45 I don't know if this was a bad day or if I was invisible
My 17 yr old son has been getting his eye exam and eye wear at 20/20 Eye Care since 2011. Service was great back then and still great when we visited on 12/06/16. Got a great price on his eye wear! Lower than we have ever paid for frames. He loves his new look. TO: Dr. Barrett, Ms. LaTonya, Ms. Denise and Ms. Brittany THANK YOU.
After an initial bad experience, the manager of the office corrected the situation and we have since returned on more than one occasion. The manager is EXCELLENT, and so is this Dr office.
I love the optometrist. He caught stuff that no other eye care specialist could.
