Very tedious and long talk with the front desk. They weren’t very proficient about insurance searching. They asked me to call back with my insurance info twice and turned out that they just looked at a wrong list or category. One day they were able to find my insurance info and the next day they couldn’t. I had to do a lot of work for them and push otherwise they didn’t sound like they care at all. This is my second review for them. These guys are going beyond in terms of customer service. I’m so impressed with the doctors as they go extra mile while examining eyes. I’m so impressed by the front desk girl Loan. Oh she is great, never quit 20/20 please Loan.
Over the past year and a half, I’ve purchased five pairs of glasses from here, and the service has been exceptional. I had a great experience selecting glasses, and every pair was delivered on or before the promised date. I highly recommend this place!
