Dr Chan was very good, and took care of my eye problem right away. Reception was very friendly and efficient. Nice Art work in waiting room. TS
If this Dr. did not speak Cantonese I would avoid this place like the plague. Wait times are over 1.5 hours. His wife and him book way too many patients in a day, the first time you are called in, they do a little eye test and then ask you to wait again and it can take most of the afternoon. The only reason we come here is my mother in law prefers a dr. that speaks Cantonese. It is the WORST!!!!
Horrible and unethical ophthalmologist. Pretended like he knew how to do Asian blepharoplasty but the results are horrible. Ended up doing it twice with him and the results are terrible. A good surgeon should not pretend to be able to do something when he is not qualified to do it. Unethical!
Avoid this eye doctor at all costs!! Waiting room time is absolutely ridiculous. Over 1 1/2 hours! He treats cataract surgeries are like a revolving door. Spends no time with patient. Medicare or not, save your time and money. Horrible wait, can't understand himm because he speaks too fast and just moves on to the next paycheck=patient. Office is so dated and dirty. Saturday appointments be ready to wait 2 hours past your appointment time. Worst experience ever.
