I had a very disappointing experience at this eye doctor’s office today. The prescription they gave wasn't working for me. I had already gone back before so they could adjust my glasses to fit my face. I made the appointment because I couldn’t see clearly with them. Today, I returned to address the problem, and while the optometrist was nice, she couldn’t fix the issue and said I’d have to pay more out of pocket. Very detailed professional business… Most definitely recommend 20/20
I have not received a prescription as of this date but previous records have to be obtained prior to this taking place. The physican exams were accomplished in a profession manner and equiptment used were are profesional quallity.
Excellent staff and service
Dr. Scott is by far my favorite there and reminds me of Dr. Pittenger. The staff is great!
