Dr. Swayne is so nice--soothing and comforting in her bedside manner. The attendant prior to her was communicative and quick. The front desk was prompt and straight forward. There was an issue at the end with printing out my prescription, but they worked efficiently as a team to make it happen.
Im new to the area and was worried it would take awhile to get an appointment. They scheduled me quickly and the exam was fast. Everyone that works there is so nice. Dr. Miller was exceptional at explaining everything I needed. 10/10
Very friendly and attentive staff! From the moment I walked in I felt taken care of and listened to. It was very nice meeting you all! Reception was great! Dr.Phan was awesome!, Yessi was fantastic! and Andrea was wonderful!
Absolutely wonderful attention to detail and outstanding customer service by the Optician Damien Reed. His knowledge and expertise unlike any other I had experienced in the past. Damien explains the options in an easy to understand format with great honesty and kindness!
