My frames broke twice in a little over a year. After the second break on the flexible, indestructible frames, they refused to honor the warranty and charged me for a new pair of glasses (at a discounted price). On top of denying the warranty, they attempted to force my perfectly good lenses into another set of frames and broke my lenses.
Dr. Swayne was thorough, kind, and clearly explained everything during my exam. The office staff was pleasant, well organized, and efficient. I felt confident in the results. Highly recommend.
Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely continue with them as well as recommending them. Terrific experience!

Dr. Swayne is so nice--soothing and comforting in her bedside manner. The attendant prior to her was communicative and quick. The front desk was prompt and straight forward. There was an issue at the end with printing out my prescription, but they worked efficiently as a team to make it happen.
