Been to other places like five six times. This is the first time they've got my prescription right I can see again thank you
Various members of my family and I have gone here and all visits were met with rude staff. When we’ve tried to make appointments before they told us 3 different times they don’t do appointments. My son came in today as a walk in and waited hours because the appointments go first. ( but you don’t do appointments?) then he is finally seen and told they don’t have time to do his exams and tell him to come back another time. DO NOT waste your time!!
Been using the one in Monroe for years but no more. I called today to make sure they take a certain insurance so I could schedule an appointment for someone and the girl was rude and told me they are busy, I would have to call back later in the day or next day. No ma'am I will not. Someone else will get our business.
