Today we ( me and my daughter ) the staff was rude. One stated my insurance wasn't accepted even though it was discussed prior to making the appointment. Two ladies were pleasant but the others not so much. Neither of us know what our scripts are currently because we weren't informed. When looking for glasses, not one person offered to help. My wife, a CASH paying customers, has gone to this place for over 30 years. Loyally. Driving 50 miles one way. Making special trips. But once the Obama people started taking precedence, the place has gone downhill. Today she walked in at 1:00 and was turned away because they couldn’t accommodate someone who’d been a customer that long coming from that far because they were “full.” Good job, though. Very unprofessional & rude to patients. The lady at the front desk Frances unprofess& wasn't helpful at all when running my insurance info & as acted as if she was not trying to help me at all & simply telling me to have a good day
Well here we are again. I don't know how they can make the lens so fast but I called both insurance and store then when I arrived they said that I cannot pick frames without an appointment... So next day I call then they tell me they cannot take me since I was not an established customer...... I went there last year. It's been like this everywhere. I have the prescription but no one will see me for frames. I literally called every eye place in Monroe and nothing. Sad
