Last week I had a rock crack my windshield on 385. Today, Tyler came to my work and replaced it but he also went WAY beyond his call of service. He took my car through a car wash and vacuumed it and thanked me for my hard work during this COVID pandemic!! He needs a raise, promotion and or bonus!! HE MADE MY DAY!! KUDOS TYLER YOU’RE AWESOME!!

My daughter’s window in her car was smashed at Bald Rock late one Saturday evening. After online chatting with a 20/20 Glass after hours rep, we got the repair set up for Tuesday. Matt from 20/20 went above and beyond the call of duty and got her window fixed on Monday. He also replaced the trim piece that was also damaged. Matt and 20/20 will get all our glass work from here on out. Great job, great customer service and great people.
