Friendly service and Dr. Lewis is awesome.
Incredibly friendly staff and 20/15 on Jett Ferry in Dunwoody. I had purchased eyeglasses at this location a year ago and came in to replace the nose pads as maintenance. DaRon replaced the pads and gave my glasses a deep cleaning at no charge. So professional and welcoming. Thank you, 20/15!!
We were visiting Georgia from Singapore and forgot our contacts back in Asia. We just happened to walk into 2015 Eyecare to ask for emergency replacements. The entire team was so helpful and understanding. Simone was particularly kind and generous in dealing with the situation. We are moving to Georgia later this year and will not hesitate to make 2015 EyeCare our family eye doctors.
I had a freak accident, a peace of mental went in to my eye. I hadn’t been to 2015 in 5 years. But when I called and left a message about my accident, Dwayne called me right back and got me on the schedule within 30mins of me calling. Dr Rachel did amazing job of getting the medal out of my eye, and keeping me calm .Everyone in the office made a stressful situation turned out great! It was like it never happened the very next day! So grateful for everyone!
The eye doctor is great but the staff leaves little to be desired, I just got an eye exam and although it went well, purchasing glasses didn't, the staff doesn't know what they are doing, I wanted sunglasses, brown frames and brown lenses, and the person that wrote it up didn't bother talking to me about the details of my glasses, so I wound up with black frames and gray lenses, they were willing to redo the lenses but if I wanted a brown frame I would have to buy another frame, they claimed it would be a custom job.
