BEWARE: I have never seen a practice deteriorate like this one. This practice lost its soul when Dr. Lopp left and the front office guy retired. The current staff's rudeness and lack of caring is unbelievable. I saw them a year ago, and apparently I owed an additional $45 after it went through insurance. I was notified today, 365 days after I was there. It's too late to appeal with insurance.
Dr O, was great very personable laughed a few times enjoyable to be around, Realy walk me through explaining everything about the Eye and gave me some great referrals So I could take care of a surgical procedure. I definitely will return and also recommend you going to her!
From beginning to end, I received a 5-star experience. I initially reached out for my annual glasses and contact lenses exam and had the pleasure of speaking with Najah who was able to schedule me for the same day. Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by both Najah and Cameron. Jodi was waiting for me in order to get started.
