Cam, Najah, Dr O were a fantastic experience from start to finish! I found my forever optical home!
Just a shame to see this eye shop go downhill. Just an example of small business that are sold to a group that doesn’t seem to care about culture or service. Long story short - I called and visited with a question after my eye exam - asked for the doctor to call me back . No return calls , was waiting on a special order lens they didn’t call when it arrived….I call upset for my 3rd outreach and they put me on hold, I expected doctor to pick it up after 5 min waiting and I was told to make an appointment to try the new lens t... read more
I scheduled an appointment for contact lenses. It would be my first time ever having them. I was in the office for over an hour, they did the exam and I checked out and left. I called the next day to get my Rx emailed to me so I could contacts filled and they told me that they didn’t do the exam, despite the fact that that was the type of appointment I set up and that I’d have to come in again.
