I was very disappointed with this place. The Dr is nice, freindly, and professional but the front staff ......? So I came in for an appointment and that day, everything went nicely. Updated my paperwork. Also, I picked out some new frames and wanted to have another pair and a pair of sunglasses updated. The system was down. I was told they would call me on Monday with pricing info and I could pay then.... Now leading to the appointment I received plenty of reminders via text.... Dr Lewis has been my optometrist for 10 years because she genuinely cares about her patients both professionally and personally .She always takes the time to conduct a comprehensive optical & medical examination. She is exceptional at fitting lenses for presbyopia.and ensures that each of her patients not only sees better but also feels heard
As a new patient, the staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. During my eye exam, Dr. Rachel was patient, thorough, and personable. Also, they have great prices for frames with a wide variety of options. I definitely recommend 20/15 Eye Care!
