RecommendedVery clean and organized. Screened for temperature upon entering- they are seeing patients one at a time due to Covid19 so you pretty much have undivided attention. They were very thorough in explaining what my prescription needs would be. They also made sure to clean and disinfect all of the frames before and after you try them do that they aren’t contaminated. I received my prescription and receipt via email as I requested. I can’t wait until my new frames and lenses are ready.
I first went to 20/10 for frames and lenses. I was given excellent service. Yesterday I went for my eye exam and potentially new lenses. Dr. Chang took great care with my eye exam, more than any other eye exam I have ever had. I appreciate this tremendously. The people in the reception and glasses area are very cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Chang and the office in general.
Dr Chang is awesome. The staff very courteous. Although, I moved away... I come back when I can.
I recently found Dr. Chang as recommended by several people on the Beautiful Altadena Facebook page. She is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable! I highly recommend her eye care services.
