UPDATE, the owner has contacted me and I am very pleased with the response and action taken. I feel confident this will not be an issue in the future. In all my previous interactions with various optometrists over the years, I’ve never received such thorough attention to detail, thoughtful advice, and clear follow-up steps to support my ocular health and overall well-being.
