Wondered into the store out of curiosity. After one week of drinking their tea, almost all my digestive problems are gone. Going back to get a month's supply.
Love the store's inventory and the staff knowledge. However, this time, I was in the store waiting to check out with my products and stood there for quite awhile, and I understand the worker was helping a couple out, which is absolutely fine, but she didn't even say a simple, "I'll be right with you", or acknowledge at all I was waiting there and I finally had to put my items back and leave to get to my next place in time.
This place is an oasis in a desert. I am from a large city on the West Coast and when I moved to Augusta, I realized that I had taken natural medicine and health stores for granted. Someone recently told me about 2 Wolves, which is nested in the Surrey Center and I visited the shop on a day when I needed some cheering up. Amber is an angel. I’ve been a couple of times and Amber is great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great products!
I appreciate this store and their herbal selection; however, this is my fourth visit and each time Amber has displayed a negative attitude, exhibiting rudeness by rolling her eyes, sighing, and becoming irritated when I inquired about the various herbs in stock. I would award the store a 5-star rating for their products, but a 2-star rating for customer service.
