Had an issue with my bike shifting. Turned out I had a breaking rear derailleur cable. Pancho installed a new cable while I waited. I am from out of state and was doing the Bay ride in advance of starting my cross country ride the next morning to Florida and came across their store because of the banner/sign that was on the bike path. Everyone in the shop were awesome to talk to and wanted to spend time with me. This is a great bike shop. Great selection of bikes and accessories. I must say, I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store - specially the shop floor! Additionally, the knowledge of the store crew, which includes Christian, Poncho, Memo, Raul, and Pars is outstanding. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for top quality bikes, parts, and above all service!!!! It is even and amazing place just to hang out!!
