I had a flat tire and they were already busy but stopped what they where doing to accommodate me! Excellent service and very friendly staff! I recommend this business to all bikers!
I got a tire blow out on the bayshore bike path. Walked my bike about a mile to 2 wheels bike shop only to find that they are closed on Wednesday. I will not be back to get my bike fixed here I can’t understand the logic of closing on Wednesday and especially during the summer time
Had an issue with the fit of my bike on my trainer - neither of which I bought there. Mechanic took the time to watch a video on the thru axle conversion of my trainer - then searched out in his parts bin for a part that might work. He found such a part and gave it to me. I took it home and it worked perfectly. Gonna go back and buy a bunch of stuff. The customer service is next level.
