Very nice folks returned my call they quoted the repair checked and replaced the blower motor now it's blowing cold AC again and the work done in timely manner very friendly people highly recommend them and I'll be back anytime I need work done . Johnny Oneal
One STAR is one too many for 2 Vets Auto Care based on my situation. 2 Vets may be a good fit for some, and their use of their status as veterans seemed to offer a bit of trust being a veteran myself, but I felt that they were intentionally dishonest and misleading-they charged $435.08 per side (left and right) for a shock/strut assembly that sells for less than $90 each. Great folks! They scheduled the appointment at a time that was convenient for me, and did the work quickly for a very fair price. I have already booked another appointment for my wife's car.
I was a first time customer today on the recommendation of several friends in the area, but I am very disappointed. I scheduled a routine coolant flush since the truck has almost 140,000 miles on it and it's never been done. There was no emergency, just routine maintenance. When I dropped the truck off I asked what they would estimate the flush to cost. The lady said around $200. When I picked it up they charged me over $400 and over 200 was for 3 gallons of coolant.
